About the Santa's Baby Story
Our
Story
Santa and Mrs. Claus find out they will be having a baby! When Santa's baby lands on the naughty list, Mr. and Mrs. Claus are distraught. A random encounter with a boy elf helps Santa's baby learn the real meaning of Christmas.
Santa's Baby depicts the North Pole not only as a land of snow and candy canes, but a mystical landscape of animals from all over the world. The whimsical illustrations allow the reader to invite their imagination to Santa's magical North Pole.
Santa's baby feels strong emotions around being different, not wanting to share and not wanting to do things she doesn't want to do. There are discussion prompts at the back of the book that can help facilitate conversations with your child about their feelings and how to manage them.
In addition, there is a page at the back of the book that lists the over 100 animals depicted in the story. The list can create a seek and find learning experience with children that are motivated to do so.
Santa's Baby is not only a book to read during the holidays, but also written and illustrated to enjoy year-round to remember the spirit of Christmas and the joy of giving.
